It is English spoken in your B&B?
Yes, we speak English.

Are rates per room or per person? What does it include?
The rates are always per room and include accommodation, breakfast, daily cleaning and towels change every 3 days.
What is necessary to book a room?
To ensure your reservation is necessary to pay a little deposit based on the lenght of your stay.

You may use PAYPAL (preferred) or a bank transfer.

Cancellation policy : we refund the entire amount of your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before your arrival day.

How can I pay the rooms?
The payment is cash on your arrival.

When can I check in / Check out?
The arrival time must be agreed to reserve you the best welcome.
You can safely leave your luggage.
The rooms will be available from 1:00 pm
The departure’s day you will leave the room at 10:00 am
You can leave your luggage and enjoy your stay in Rome.

There are time limits for entry to and exit from the B&B?
No, at your arrival we will give you the house keys. You can leave and return freely, having always care to not disturb other guests.

Breakfast
Our breakfast (like almost all B&B in Rome) is Do It Yourself
We provide all you need for a typical italian breakfast
We also allow you to prepare hot drinks when you want

Where is the nearest bus stop?
The railway station ROMA SAN PIETRO at only 100 yards is connected with the subway net of Rome.
The bus stop is 20 meters far in Via di Porta Cavalleggeri
From there you can reach all major places of interest in the city.
Please note that we are in a central part of Rome and many destinations are easily reachable by walking.

Where can I park my car?
You can park your car without charge (white lines) or with Park Tickets (blue lines). If you prefer a garage, there is one only 10 meters away from B&B.

Are pets allowed?
To avoid problems with other guests and to ensure hygiene and cleanliness pets are not allowed.

In your B&B is allowed to smoke?
All rooms, to ensure hygiene and cleanliness, are non-smoking.
